Order Processing

Orders are typically ready to ship within 2 days of the order date. This is the estimated preparation time before shipment and does not include transit time.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $49 within the United States.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight of the shipment and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination and carrier. Please allow for both order processing and transit time when planning your purchase.

Packaging

We carefully pack our glass spheres using organic hay to help protect them during shipping. This packaging replaces the shredded newspaper we previously used.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email sales@worldlygoodstoo.com so we can assist you.

Please obtain return authorization before sending any item back. Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items and are for the same item.
