At Worldly Goods too, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the requirements below.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
All sales of retired products are final.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, email sales@worldlygoodstoo.com to obtain return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be considered for a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original credit card within 7 days. Your credit card company or bank may require additional time to post the credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may affect when the refund appears.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items that are defective or damaged, and exchanges are for the same item.
To request an exchange, email sales@worldlygoodstoo.com for return authorization before sending your item back.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
