1. How do I install and hang spheres on my wall?

2. How do I design and arrange my wall spheres on my wall?
Our spheres are meant to be showcased in beautiful settings. If you are having trouble arranging the spheres in an aesthetically pleasing way, please refer to these quick videos on making an arrangement and printing out the templates.
3. What is your return policy on items purchased through Houzz?
If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased on Houzz, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.
To return an item, visit the Your Orders page, select the "Return or Replace Item" button for the appropriate order and follow the instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs (except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective). Note that the option to initiate a return will only appear for 30 days after delivery.
We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
The following items may not be returned:
Items marked as final sale or "non-returnable" on the product page or during the checkout process; gift cards; or any items sold directly by Houzz and shipped to Canada.

3. What is your return policy on items purchased directly through your website?
Before returning any item, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain return authorization. No return will be considered for refund without prior authorization.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All sales are final on retired products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 7 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Worldly Goods Too, 201 Foster Avenue, Charlotte, North Carolina, US 28203.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Do you have a physical storefront?
Worldly Goods Too does not have a brick and mortar storefront, rather we prefer to ship directly to our customers. This keeps flexible to serve our customers with greater customer service.
